Mission and Job Duties
This position is responsible for maintaining facilities, devising and directing energy and EHS management plan in accordance with the related laws and regulations
Roles and Responsibilitiess
Facility Planning and Management
- Gather and report annual/mid- to long-term plan for facility inspection and maintenance
- Gather and report monthly/quarterly/monthly performance report of facility inspection and maintenance
- Direct facility maintenance and renovation by types of construction project
Construction Planning and Management
- Review and confirm the master plan for facility maintenance and expansion (specification, schedule, cost, etc.)
- Review drawing and coordinates interferences by each type of construction projects
- Approve drawing by each type of construction projects
- Approve bidding plans by each type of construction projects and Confirm the result of bids
- Check the construction schedule by each type of construction projects, coordinate and confirm the construction schedule if necessary
- Direct and supervise the construction project and tasks on the construction site (safety, quality, etc.)
- Approve the completion inspection and process payment when the construction projects are completed
- Maintain and Manage the pool of architect engineers, construction companies, and construction supervisors
Team Management
- Monitor absenteeism and tardiness of staff by each type of construction projects
- Supervise subordinates and Provide advice on work plan and performance
- Devise and Implement improvement plans for facility management

Background - Education / Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant majors
- Total 5~10 years of experience in building maintenance and expansion management
- Experience in directing maintenance and expansion work required
- Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.)
- Technical skills in building design software (AutoCAD, etc.)
- Technical skills in using construction quantity accumulation and construction cost calculation program
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all agencies (employees/architect/licensing agent/construction company/construction supervisors)
Language Skills
- Fluent English
